Best multi-tasking in this moment is developed by people at Apple. I'm a fan of Apple since the iPhone appeared, the IOS operating system is modified iPhone becoming better hope that multi-tasking on ios 5 will be much better . Multi-tasking is very important on a phone or device in my opinion

Most people find Windows to be an excellent multi-tasking operating system however many people are finding Ubuntu (a Unix system) to be really good for multi-tasking. It is easy to install and can run many different programs at once.

There is a consensus that Linux is best for multitasking. Although I have both Windows, and Firefox, I personally find that Firefox is much better than Windows.
