What are the best collector cars?

If "best" means most likely to retain or gain value, then the muscle cars are the best, hands-down. Corvettes probably top the list, but 60s-era Mustangs and Camaros are also in demand. If "best" means most likely to become collector's items because of discontinuation, then cars that are only manufactured for a few years are the best.

It all depends on what your into but id say the rarer the better . packards, studabakers, anything old wit technology beyound its time is what sells high and collects well.

There are some many different reasons for collecting cars there is no exact answer. Some collect specifically to make a profit. They buy original cars and resell them later for profit. Some collect cars from their own youth. There are limited edition and one-off cars made specifically for collectors.

The rarer the better. The rare ones are hard to find ,So they make good collector cars.Europe has alot of collector cars
