What are standard monetary awards for a back L4 Compression from a car accident?

I would like to have an idea of what to expect from an insurance claim from an accident that was not my fault.

There is no standard. The other parties insurance should pay doctor etc bills. Then it becomes a negotiation issue. Awards vary depending on injury extent and your monetary loss.

There are always many things to consider when discussing the value of your claim. Some may include the state/county where your accident occurred. You also need to consider the total amount of treatment you sought, the severity of the collision, if you required surgery, and/or you sustained any objective permanent injuries. Also consider the amount of diagnostic testing you underwent.

There are no standards in awards for special damages. One needs to consider the type of accident, severity of accident, claimant's medical history, injury causation, any lost wages and future medical bills, and compare all of these to the impact on lifestyle. An additional consideration is the state and jurisdiction where the accident happened.
