This winter there are a lot of classic looks that are making a come back. For the eyes, a dark, smokey eye is what you'll be seeing alot. Also, gold and bronze eye shadows will be a hot look. As for the lips, you will see a lot red lips, as well as netural/nude lips.

Matt skin is popular for 2010. Eyes are at two extremes, almost nude or Very smokey, with emphasis on the eye-shadow, rather than the lash. Dark eyebrows enhance the smokey look. Matt lipstick, rather than gloss this year, in either an innocent and tender pink or nude, alternatively matt red lipstick.

Winter make up can tend to be dull with all the browns and neutrals. This season I'm going to be adding in lots of purple and maroon hues. Also I think a lot of the play will be on the lips instead of the eyes.

This season brown eye shadows and minimal liner are going to be popular looks. For lips, colors will be nude or toned down pinks, nothing too bold or flashy in colder months.

A shiny look for the Christmas or New Year party, A little glitter adds a special look to the off the shoulder tops. Apply eye liner in a light shade around the outer point of your eye lid to add brightness to this area, blend in to your existing markup.

I've seen a lot of using white eye-liner and white eye shadow in the corner of your eye to make it look almost like ice. Also using blush so it's like you have a "just went outside" rosy cheek! Make sure you use great lip products so your lips don't become chapped. Burts Bees is excellent for this.

Try a twist on the typical smokey-black lids by using shades of blue or purple. Line the inner-bottom with white. Keep it light, simple, and fresh. Always dab shimmer or a lighter/nude shade to the inner corners. Sweep shimmer from halfway across lid to just beyond the outside corner.

The clean look is always in. Clear lip gloss and light, subtle eyes with a hint of mascara make the look seem effortless but adds a glow.

Well for makeup you have to make sure that you put on lots of eye makeup. You basically have to do a dark charcoal look and for eye shadow as well use rich tones like green and purple.
