What are some tips for coping with the death of a sibling?

The one year anniversary is in just a few days.

write about them, keep them alive by talking, write letters to them as if they're there. remember it's okay to cry, it releases stress and anger you have toward god or the world. it will get easier with time, just remember they are always watching out for you.

There is really nothing to make it easier. The best thing you can do (that worked for me) is to talk about them with someone. I usually talk to my mother because she is feeling the same. I also try to spend a lot of time with her son.

They are dead, but you are alive, and therefore so is their memory. Do something you would have done together. Be ready for strong feelings, and be ready to express them creatively.

Do something to celebrate their life. Visit their gravesite, make a slideshow or movie with pictures of him throughout your life or do something else that makes you happy.
