What are some things to keep in mind when you design a restaurant menu?

I know not to have too many items.

When you make a restaurant menu, be sure to include a variety of items. Include items that range in prices. be sure there are less pricey items, and good appetizers.

Offer a variety of appetizers, entrees, beverages, and desserts. Vary the descriptions of the menu items, but don't get too wordy. Use a font that isn't too hard to read, and don't clutter the layout with too many graphics. Don't be afraid to revise the menu if necessary later.

I think its important to keep things new and interesting. Things you know will taste good and that you can make very good.
