Usually , first sign is euphoria,dilated pupils , rise in body temperature,increased alertness, reduced panic,higher blood pressure,sleeplessness,non-stop talking, and sometimes runny nose.
Signs of cocaine use are varied and many. Insomnia is one of the first clues that somebody is abusing cocaine. Other signs are runny nose with no other obvious symptoms of illness, inflamation around the nostrils, caked white ring around nostrils, mood swings and sudden weight loss.
Hyperactive behavior, not being tired, talking a lot and talking fast, a runny or bleeding nose, white powder on face, clothes or on small bottles are sign of cocaine use.
