What are some rights Americans have that other countries do not?

Many countries exist under authoritarian or illiberal regimes; accordingly, people in those countries do not enjoy many of the basic freedoms we often take for granted. Some of the freedoms that are restricted in such regimes include: freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to peaceably assemble, and more.

Big one is Freedom of speech. An other is innocent until proven guilty. Right to bear arms. Right to vote. Right to choice own partner.
