You can basically make noodles with stir fry in them. Just stir fry vegetables with the shirataki noodles. It will be great.

Use 16 oz Tofu Shiratai noodles, 1 cup mushrooms and some olive oil. Saute the mushrooms in oil. Combine the cooked noodles and the muhrooms in a bowl: top with any tomatoe sauce. These noodles are zero to low carbs so may help you lose a pound or two.
