What are some recipes to make grapefruit preserves?

I have a lot of grapefruit and I want to make some preserves.

Grapefruit Marmalade 3 grapefruits, 1lb sugar, zest of grapefruit, remove seeds, chop grapefruit, combine all in microwave safe bowl. Microwave 20 minutes. Ladle into jars.

A great way to preserve grapefruit is by making it into marmalade. You only need grapefruit, lemons, water and sugar. It is very easy to do.

There are many recipes on the internet. The one I use is very simple. One grapefruit peeled, 2 pints of water and 3/4 pound of sugar. Cook very well, about 1/2 hr on med heat. Let cool, take out most of the rind. Put in jars and blanch in hot water to seal the jars.
