Spinach is a great vegetable to slip into your everyday foods. If you put raw spinach in the food processor or blender and grind it up, you can add it to a whole host of recipes without changing the flavour. Try adding it to spaghetti sauce and omelettes to start.
Slice 3 cloves of garlic and add to some oil in a pan, brown. Add a bag of fresh spinach and cook it down. Add one cup of chicken stock and one can of white beans, simmer about two minutes. Very easy and fast.
