What are some muscle-building techniques that help me avoid the gym?

You can use dumbbells and a weight bench and get in a complete workout. Bench presses work the chest muscles. Overhead presses work the shoulders. Bent over rows work the back muscles. You can develop your abdomen through crunches. To develop your arms do curls and push back or french curls.

If you want to work on your arms and chest you can do push-ups. You can also purchase a weight bench and weights and work out at home.
