He was in the U.S. Army and spent a year driving an ambulance in France during WWI. His dad worked with Frank Lloyd Wright on the design of the Chicago World's Fair, which was very "Epcot-like," which had an enormous influence on the young Walt.

He was grew up Marceline, Missouri and had four siblings. He lied about his age in order to join World War One and drove an ambulance in France. Before Mickey Mouse, he had a character named Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

It is a well known fact that Walt Disney was an open anti Semite in his life, meaning he despised Jewish people. This does not mean that he supported Germany during World War 2, though. Disney produced a large amount of propaganda cartoons in support of the United States, many of which are out of circulation due to offensive content.

He gave up the names of many of his writers whom he thought supported communism during the McCarthy Era hearing. He died of Lung Cancer.

He was born in 1901 and died in 1966. He had one girl of his own but adoped one too. he was a world wide influence!!!!!!!!!
