You can glue two candy canes together with the hooks touching to create a heart,tie a loop around the center with some yarn and top with a bow or paint glue on some pine cones, cover in glitter and make a loop on the top with some ribbon to hang.

You can paint pine cones either gold or silver (or other colors), you can sprinkle them with glitter. you can use molding clay (found in craft section at walmart) and mold shapes and then bake it to make them hard (to last a long time). you can use foil over cardboard to make pretty silver decos.
