Pine cones, and leaves (silk leaves) in orange, red, and green color would go perfectly with fall wedding centerpieces. You could also add mums and kale if you prefer floral arrangements. Earth tone colors, straws and hays with mums would emphasize the season. Gold and silver glittering items could also be added for sophistication

I think cornucopias would be really pretty. You could also do mums and various size pumpkins so carved of course. Scatter the fake fall color leaves around.
