It can be hard to come up with food that is both high in protein and low in calories but here are some I found. Some low calorie foods that are high in protein include beef jerkey, soy nuts, low fat yogurt, lentils and fish such as tuna. Enjoy.
Grilled fish and grilled chicken are probably the best foods to stick with. It is best not to have beef too often, but some lean beef in strips is okay. Eat lots of vegetables to help digest all that meat, too.
