What are some good stretches for the psoas muscles?

I need to stretch the muscles in my back.

Lay on your back and bend your knees and bring them up slightly, roll knees to each side a couple of times. Bring your knees to your chest hold one knee for a few seconds bring the other out straight. kneel on all fours on the floor bring one leg up towards your chest the other stretch behind you.

Some good stretches for the psoas muscles are simply bending forward and leaning forward at the waist. Additionally, laying on your belly, while holding your arms and legs up, while balancing on your belly will properly stretch the psoas. Be sure to gradually stretch and then hold the stretch without bouncing back and forth.
