It depends on what you mean by "cheat codes". I'll assume you mean that you're using the best cheating device; the pelican PS2 codebreaker. You could visit the official website for the codebreaker. If you don't have a cheating device, I'd suggest gamefaqs or gamewinners. I frequent both.

For playstation 2 and any other video game console cheats, you can do an easy google search for ps2 cheats or go to websites like cheatplanet or any other cheat site.

The best place to go is Gamefaqs. It has tons of cheats that users contribute all the time. Another good source is the game's official strategy guide. I wouldn't recommend Gamespot or IGN.

I always use Game Informers site for links to cheats walkthroughs and FAQ'S for many of the games i play.
