What are some good recipes for cooking with a food processor?

One of my favorite food processor recipes is pesto. Add two cups of basil, a cup of Parmesan cheese, a cup of wither pine nuts or walnuts, and two cloves of garlic, (or more to taste. ) Start your processor, then drizzle in olive oil until the mixture becomes a paste. You can also use parsley, mint instead of basil.

One great thing to do is to make salsa; add tomatoes, green peppers, lime juice, onions, and a few hotter peppers if you like.

All those things that are hard work without a processor! Good thick nourishing soups, where it is hard work to cut the raw vegetables. Whipped cream - your processor is good at that. Pasta sauces - you only have to make pesto once to realise how useful your processor can be. I can make merengues since I got my processor!
