Alaskan salmon is good cooked on a barbecue with a wet cedar plank, or wrapped in foil with dill and onions. The key is not to let it get over cooked.

2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tspn soy sauce 4 salmon steaks Heat all ingredients in pan. Grill salmon 12 minutes turning and basting.
