A few good party games would be: getting the wii out and playing rock band or any other musical game. These are a blast and almost everyone likes these. Another game would be dance contest.

Plan a scavanger hunt at your local shopping mall for the sweet 16 honoree and her party guest. You should see if independent retail stores would cooperate with you by purchasing items from them and then hiding them in their stores. Draw a map for the party to follow and turn them loose.
