Try natural popcorn without a lot of butter. It's high in fiber too. Also baby vegitables are a handy snack option.

You could have a graham cracker with peanut butter, apples slices with peanut butter, a handful of plain nuts with a small serving of yougurt. Even a small serving of pudding made with skim milk, or dry high fiber cereal.

For a good low calorie snack that's also healthy, you could eat boiled egg whites, almost any fruit or vegetable, or a handful of mixed nuts.

Fruits and vegetables make great low calorie snacks, especially when eaten with a tablespoon of peanut butter or ranch dressing. You can also try low fat yogurt or pudding (try them frozen too).

Low calorie snacks can be difficult to find in grocery stores, and can also be expensive sometime. However, here are some good, low calorie snacks that I have found over the years: unbuttered, unsalted popcorn; chips and salsa; lite yogurt; Quaker rice cakes; any types of fruit or vegetables; pretzels; smoothies; and chewy granola bars.

Vegtables are always a good way to go! Celery actually has negative calories, which is always awesome. Carrots, broccoli. Fruits are good to, I like to add some nuts as well. And then JELLO is always awesome it has low calorie and sugar free!! Apples and Oranges are always a plus!
