Your front door is the first thing people see when they pull in your driveway. Pick a color that contrasts with the stain you have on your house - and make it bright! My door is a bright aqua and it stands out against a gray siding. Other good colors are sky blue and emerald green.

Any shade of medium - darker greens are always good and always in style. Darker shades of purples like a magestic purple is nice. Creams are another nutrual.

Red is a great color when you really want your front entrance to stand out. I prefer more neutral colors for front doors such as white, brown or even shades of green.
