The best game to play would be Yatzee since most young children can understand that game. You can also make graphs of common rolls and teach them probability using this data.

You could set up a number pyramid, and make it to where they have to use each number 1 time and make 3 pyramids that have the same total, be it addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. Have them explain which operation they used to get the total for each set.

I'd say "Bigger number" for a class activity have them roll and see who wins between partners and the winners keep going and the kid with the biggest number wins.

You could play number bingo. Have the kids roll the number cubes and either use both numbers on their bingo cards or add the numbers together.
