Any dairy products have a lot of calcium. Many fruits and vegetables also have calcium. If you just eat a balanced diet and add a calcium rich but low fat food, you should be alright. One of the best foods containing a lot of calcium is yougart or pudding which can be got low fat.

Calcium can be found in many dairy products and also in some vegetables. You can drink milk, eat ice cream, enjoy grilled cheese sandwiches and eat broccoli. Many foods have calcium added, like orange juice.
