What are some easy dynamic lumbar stabilization exercises?

I need the best exercises to help aid in daily back pain.

The best way to help relieve back pain is to strengthen the core muscles beacause there is usually some kind of imbalance. Superman raises, crunches, and goodmornings work best.

You could try doing a plank. To do this lay on your stomach. Raise your body to so that you are on your hands and your toes. Hold this possition for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Over time this will help to build your muscles and help with your pain.

There are many lumbar stabilization exercises. You will need to look these up but one is the neutral position progression which slowly has you raise your arms and legs while lying down. Another is the quadriped progression which has you do the same except on all fours.

Lay straight, breath easily with any stifness to the body. Do not tighten the musles let it be relaxed. Be in the same position for some time and by raising the head slowly by doing some exercise by sitting position helps to reduce the back pain. Always sit straight without giving bend to the spinal portion.
