A simple clue for an easter egg hunt is to make bunny footprints out of paper and leave trails of them. At the end of the trail, leave an egg.

Maybe for little children, you can tell them where to look. Like near the tree. For older kids you could draw them a map of the area.

You could say things like "where the mailman goes" or "under the third largest tree inthe yard" or "next to the green chair". You will probably want some harder than others. You could have one that has 2 directions in it such as "next to the tree next to the treehouse".

The simpler the better! "look up high where its green" for trees, or "way down low where the worms wiggle" for under dirt, or in the grass. Be descriptive, and rhyming when you can is always fun.
