The first time you ski can be intimidating, so the best thing to do is relax and have fun. Falling happens to the best of skiers, so do not be afraid to fall. Watch a young child ski and you will see they have no fear and are aggressive, so act like a kid when you hit the slopes.

Skiing for the first time can be overwhelming, here is a tip to ease you onto the slopes. Stick to beginner runs. This means skiing only on trails that have green circles. Take a look at a trail map so you don't "over-terrain" yourself.

Here are some good beginner tips for you: 1. Take it slow 2. Wear a face covering of some sort 3. Point your skis inward at first to keep control

Learn how to stop before anything else. Make an upside down v with your skis . Its best to go slow and make exaggerated turns, or try not to turn at all.
