This is so technical that I am dizzy. It involves vaulting techniques that have to do with uphill vaulting, involving the use of incline mats, etc. I've found that there are technical pages and YouTube demonstrations available for you to review online, or-simplest, you can ask a gymnastic instructor.

It's a type of vault move that's like a front handspring with a sideways somersault sort of move. The best way to understand it is probably to search for a video online.

The tsuks is a type of vaule move. It is simular to a front handspring with a somersault like move combined with it. It involves incline mats in the set up for the vault.
