Children in all states have all the rights of adults in all states but not all of the responsibilities (i. e. military service, voting etc).

under 18 a minor has rights to be supported by his/her parents. you have the right to work for your parents. you have the right to an education.

With children, human rights is the issue as it is with all people, not only in Tennessee, but throughout America. Children specifically have a right to live without disrimination, to have protection and assistance, to have access to health care and education,, and to grow up without neglect and abuse. Children's rights in Tennesse may be protected by attorneys and lawyers in the area. There are several non profit organizations in the area that help out as well.
