A pitcher must enter the game with a lead, never lose the lead, be the final pitcher, and have one of the following conditions: 1)a lead of no more than three, pitch at least one full inning 2)the tying run either at-bat, on-deck or on-base, or 3)pitch at least three innings.

Be the final pitcher on the winning team but not the winning pitcher, record at least one out, and enter the game with no more than a 3 run lead.
