Baby frogs are called "tadpole frogs." At this stage it's a full formed frog. It still is mostly eating algae, but is beginning to eat meat, such as flies.

Baby frogs are called tadpoles or sometimes polliwogs! They live in the water and eat the algae and some other plants that live in the water. They hatch out of eggs and have tails and then as the grow, they lose their tails and become frogs and live on the land and in the water.
