What age group is allowed to use the underhand serve in volleyball?

Any age group. There are no rules against underhand serves. However, since underhand serves are considered very easy to return because of its sole objective to get the ball over the net, it is almost never used among advanced level players.

Age 7-8 is allowed for underhand serve in volleyball.underhand is easier to play than overhand serve. this age group is good as they can put the ball easier & it does not involve a toss.
