THe leaking nipples is usually a sure sign of pregnancy. The vomiting can be the same issue. unless of course your dog is a male, in either case you need to take your dog to the vet to be evaluated.

Your dog may vomit for several reasons, can be because she has a problem, in which case you should take her to the vet; or she uses to eat food in good conditions and may have eaten something that was passed away; anyway you should keep an eye on her and if she doesn't improve go to vet immediatly!

There could be a couple different things that could be going on. The dog could be pregnant and is sick at the same times. Examine the stools for flat or round worms. If the dog has worms there is different kinds of medicines depending on the type. Probably should take the dog to the vet just to be safe.

Not Med advice: It is possible that your dog maybe pregnant. I would seek advice from your vet to see if she is or not.

If your dog has not been spayed, this could be a sign of pregnancy. In either case, you definitely need to go to a vet. He'll be able to find out what's going on.

I think your dog may be pregnant. The milk coming out is a pretty clear sign unless she has an infection. I think you should take her to a vet.

There are several things that could be wrong. Firstly, she could be pregnant- otherwise there should not be any milk production. Secondly, she needs to see the vet to find out the cause of the vomiting.

If she is nursing puppies you need to take her in to the vet or call them tell them what she is doing they will be able to help you out. She may have milk fever and that requires treatment from a vet if not treated you can lose her.
