The best thing to do would be to take it into an auto body repair. They will/should be able to "tighten" it and hang it back into place without it costing alot of money out of pocket. Or you could always just use thumb tacks and tack it back up yourself.

This material is glued to the top. Purchase glue at automotive store for that type material. Use a syringe to inject the glue through the material. Inject small amounts accross the sagging area. You will have to hold this in place to get it to hold. You may have to inject through the seams in many places for proper strength.

If you are handy you probably could do the work yourself. If not you may have to have it done by a professional. Get a bid from a contractor you can trust and go from there.

Well if there is no foam behind it the best option would be to re-attach it with some spray adhesive. Just apply it according to the direction on the can and it should hold it up fine. IF there is foam behind it though it will have to be removed.

If the ceiling in your thing seems to be sagging then you will need to get the material from a dealer.
