Should I use a grass catcher?

A grass catcher is helpful in the spring or fall when you may wish to cut down on weed germination.

I do just because if there is a lot of rain the grass will grow rapidly and then when you are able to get out and cut the grass it will be so long and it will be trails of dead grass throughout your entire yard. I use it only when I have not been able to cut the grass.
