You contact a veterinary doctor immediately. Do not dry the tank some times if the turtle is small it may die.

A temperature of 22 C-24 C plus a low intensity basking source will suffice. Preventing ear problems starts usually with humidity.Spraying the vivarium with a spray bottle helps.

I think you should. The moisture from a wet tank could cause the infections to spread, or not heal as quickly.

You should take your sick Asian box turtle to a vet who specializes in exotics. Do not try to treat an infection like this at home. Your box turtle needs antibiotics and veterinary care.
