It could be that since you missed a pill your hormones are messed up and you are trying to start your period early. Since you missed the pill, the levels of your hormones are not where they should be.

It depends upon how many hours passed before you realized you missed a pill. It is not abnormal to spot while taking birth control, especially after missing a dose. Skipping a pill at the end of the cycle will increase your odds of spotting. If you are concerned about pregnancy, always use back-up protection.

This is a common side effect of a missed pill. As long as only one was missed and the rest are taken as directed, it's not a problem.

If you had sexual intercourse during your "peak" period, then yes, I would be. Best bet is to take a home pregnancy test, or see your family physician.

When you stop the pill, you will have a period. I wouldn't be too concerned with the spotting but I would recommend going to the doctor just in case.
