Should i be concerned about the clicking in my neck when i move it side to side or up and down?

If there is no pain associated with it, I wouldn't be too concerned unless it happens everytime and affects movement. But if you want to be sure I would recommend going to see a chiropractor. Chiropractors are great at analysing the spine and deciding what treatment is needed to fix or help alleviate the problem.

Yes. This can be a sign of problems with your vertebrae (the bones that make up your spinal column), with bone rubbing against bone. See a doctor.

If your neck clicks only occasionally and does not cause pain or discomfort, then not particularly. However, if it clicks frequently and/or causes you pain/discomfort, then you should make an appointment to see a chiropractor. Necks are complex, and a small problem now could be a big problem in 10 years if it doesn't get fixed.

Probably not - this is a normal part of getting older, unfortunately. This is just tendons snapping across bones and making a noise.
