Yes. Any persistent changes in your skin should be evaluated, especially if they appear to change due to unknown causes. Your healthcare provider should assess the area, and be sure to tell him/her if there are other areas with the same appearance.

This is not the disease what you suspected. If the white spot is exactly round in shape, it may be due to vitamin defficiency. To clear doubt, consult a dermotologist.

If it's not a pimple or a scar I think you should get to the doctor right away. It is most likely just a minor loss in pigmentation, but will skin cancer being such a serious threat, don't take any chances.

Yes spots on your skin can be an indication of something going on internally in your body. You might be having an allergic reaction to food, fabric, fragrance, or lotion you are using. A spot can also be something more serious. Got to a dermatologist and get it checked out right away.

Any mark on the skin that changes or grows should be checked out by your doctor, and possibly a dermatologist, asap. It is definitely an abnormality and has the potential of being melanoma or other skin disease, fungus, or bacteria.

Not really but you need to stop using the lotion or cream which you are using. These white spots will go away on their own once useage of the products that caused them is stoped.
