If she's leaving you, then she's probably cushioning the blow by asking you to keep in touch. In reality she probably doesn't care one way or the other if you do, but is just being polite. She left you. Move on and forget about her because thelingering doubt and questions about her true feelings will hinder you.

It does not necessarily mean that she still loves you, but it might mean that she wants to maintain contact. If she has left the relationship, you might find yourself happier if you didn't keep in touch. That way, you're not constantly feeling sad because you are reminded of what you once had.

Most likely not. She's trying to avoid hurt feelings. She doesn't hate you and wants to make herself, and you, feel better by leaving a line of communication open.

It could mean one of two things. The first is that this is her way of saying good-bye, albeit a cowardly way. The second thing would be she does still have feelings and wants to maintain some sort of relationship with you.

It means that at one time she really did love you, and in a way still does, but not in a 'I love you and want to be with you' kind of way.
