You need to undo the garnish under your steering. Locate the screw caps and remove the screws. The fuse box including the ecu fuse is exposed beneath. Handle with care.
Look in your users manual. This should have the diagrams you need to locate the fuse. If you are missing your manual contact your dealer or look online.
