My tooth cavity has been causing headaches for a week. Should I go to hospital or wait two days?

You should go to the dentist and get the cavity fixed, it could cause a infection. Unless you know for a fact that it is a cavity it might be allergies, they can effect teeth your ears, jaw and cause headaches. I would go to your dentist to make sure.

Teeth are not self repairing. It's not going to fix itself and by waiting you're just letting the condition possibly worsen. Go and see your dentist and have the tooth fixed.

Don't go to the ER they won't be able to help you just give you pain meds. Go see your dentist.
