First, calm down. Take a look at what is causing this feeling. Talk to your spouse about it. It is possible you are just scared. Perhaps a counselor could help.

Maybe you could talk to someone like a friend or a counselor. You may just need someone to talk to to help sort out your feelings. Don't be ashamed.

Try to avoid getting more emotional. Discuss openly about this problem with reliable friends. If needed, don't hesitate even to meet psychiatrist. Another option would be take your partner to some private picnic and speak out everything clearly and set the expectations. Forget about your ego and be honest to your partner in that conversation.

Conversation is the best way to make sure a marriage lasts. Either sit down with you spouse daily to discuss problems or see a councilor.

Thanks for taking responsibility instead of projecting it onto your partner. That's a BIG start. You will need help finding the roots of your reactions, then help working through them in the day to day, in ways that can involve your partner.

If your husband or wife cant handle your emotions then he or she might not want to hear it and thats not ok. You should'nt have to put up with it.

We cannot stop emotions from existing, but we do not have to allow them to control our actions. One helpful resource may be Steven Hayes' Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
