My dog has been vomiting for 24 hours. What can I do?

the first thing would be to take all food away and go see a vet. the cause needs to be determined. 24 hours is a long time.

Provide your dog with lots of fresh water to keep him hydrated. If you do not know the cause of his vomiting, there is not sure fire way for you to treat it. The best thing to do is to take him into the vet. There are too many causes of vomiting to know for sure what he has.
