Usually anything that has pus in it is a result of an injury or infection. If you can't see like maybe a sliver of glass or something else see vet.

You should take him to the vet to have it drained before the puss starts to poison his body. Then the vet will give you something to treat the new wound and prevent further infection.

You need to take him to the vet it sounds like something is either infeted or he has something in it that needs to come out.

He either has a sebaceous cyst, a parasite or an infection. Keep the area clean and dry. Bandage the area if he "worries" it. Then make a vet appointment.

Your dog most likely has a sebeacous cyst. This will need to be surgically removed by the vet in a minor office procedure. Draining the cyst does no good, it will just refill with pus.

You should take your dog to the vet immediately. A small problem like this that could be treated relatively easily with antibiotics can get out of control quickly.

You need to take your dog to a vet. It sounds like he has an abscess which needs to be drained. He also needs to be put on antibiotics for the infection.
