My 14 year old chihuahua is showing signs of pregnancy. Will she die if she tries to have puppies?

At that age it could be very stressful on your dog's health. It could also be symptoms of another problem. If there is an ASPCA in your area they may be able to help you get the dog care. You can also call a few vets to see if they have any programs to help you provide necessary care.

Dogs have a lot less trouble in pregnancy than humans do - it's very rare for a bitch to have issues with birthing pups. It's much more common for there to be issues with the pups. She should be ok.
