I've lost intimate feelings toward my husband. What should I do?

I am 27. We've been together since we were 16, and we have 5 kids.

Rekindle that flame for him. Schedule a date night for just the two of you each and every week, do the stuff you liked to do when you went out on a date when you were younger. If you can't afford it get creative and have a picnic at the park just the two of you. Don't talk about kids.

Incorporate a third person into your intimate activities. Another guy or another woman will make things more interesting. You will enjoy the activities among the three of you.

That's ridiculous... incoporating another person will add insecurity & jealousy. You & your spouse didn't marry a 3rd peson, you married each other. Dating your spouse & counseling are better options...ijs  add a comment

Try to sizzle things up in the bedroom with role playing. If you don't like your husband, learn to like spending time in the bedroom with someone else! Ask him to wear a mask or talk with a funny accent, have a glass a wine, and party down girl.

You should seek couples counseling. I'm sure there are many good and many not so good aspects of your relationship. Although public opinion may object, marriage (especially with kids) is about far more than intimacy. You need to seriously discuss what you both want out of your future.

Dating & counseling are recommended. You will be amazed of the difference when the children are with family/sitter for a period of time. Spending time together can increase your fondness for each other. When you have a healthier marriage, the family life functions better.
