This depends mostly on one factor; Has the expiration date on the yogurt passed? If it has not passed, it is safe to eat. However, if it has passed, it is typically safe to eat if eaten within a week of the expiration date. Trust your insticts, and if it looks bad, don't eat it.

If it is unopened, it's probably still safe to eat. Yogurt is usually good for several weeks after purchasing. Check the date on the label, it should still be good for several days after that.

That depends on a few things. Has the expiration date passed? Does it smell funny? (Funnier than yogurt usually smells that is. ) Has it been opened? Is there mold forming around the edges of the lid? If any of these things are happening then don't eat it. It could make you very sick.

yogurt is safe to eat if it is not spoiled. the amount of time it has spent in the refrigerator does not matter. it will not usually spoil until a week or so after the expiration date. its spoiled if its abnormally sour, chunky, smells, or has mold on it.

This very much depends on the 'use by' date on the yoghurt. Some long life yoghurts can last for many weeks in the refridgerator, whereas some fresh yoghurts can only last for a few days or a week. If you are unsure, it is best to avoid eating it due to the risk of food poisoning.
