Is Therea law in Washington state stating the owner of a mobile home park has to pay for pest control?

Call the Health Department. County and local law plays into the matter as well. Requirements will vary, depending on the type of "pest," (rats? roaches? raccons? ) and who owns the trailers (private owners or rented by the owners of the park).

According to the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord Tenant Act, the landlord is required to maintain common areas, which includes pest control.

No there is no law stating that the owner of a mobile home park has to pay for pest control.It's the government's responsibilty unless the park is messy otherwise.
